In September 2013 James helped to set up Vets ER Ltd, the first dedicated out of hours Veterinary service in the Falkirk area. This is based at Grahams Road Veterinary Clinic in Falkirk and operates every evening and weekend.

The benefits of this service is that it is staffed by independent qualified Vets and Nurses who remain on the premises during their shift, ensuring an animal is continually monitored through nights and weekends.
