BOLTON MARKET PLACE
Following the acquisition of Bolton Market Place by Moorgarth Estates, Brown & Bancroft were appointed to undertake the complete refresh of the existing shopping precinct.
These works included the reconfiguration of a variety of shop fronts, maximising trading and retail space.
The works encompassed structural steel, new framed glazed shop fronts, security shutters, reconfiguration and adaptions to existing mechanical and electrical services to accommodate new retail space.
Work also included a complete redecoration of the main concourse and refurbishment of existing balustrade and staircases throughout.
All works were completed within the precinct’s live shopping environment. Existing tenants were engaged through tenant liaison meetings to mitigate disruption to business during the programme of works.
